Made it to LA and now on to Beijing! The Mercer kids are amazed at the screens on their seat backs with games...Addie just said this is going to be the best flight ever! As she loaded solitaire 
. The kids were great, they watched a few movies and Mason played a bunch of games. They couldn't believe that we also got food on the plane, and soda! "12 hours left? Yes!!" -Addie

We made it! Landed, took stairs right off the plane onto the tarmac, then a shuttle to the terminal. Got detained and temperature scanned (just me, Kassie) and it was a little high so had to give saliva and urine sample (yay me). Got all of our bags and stroller and through customs. Phew! Now on the way to our hotel in a minivan that we barely fit in. Kids are sharing a seat. I’d take a picture but the sun is setting so it’s too dark. Hello Beijing!
